In all our services we are guided by a strong commitment to promote the principles that people with an intellectual or
a developmental disability have
the right to be treated as an individual with dignity and to be respected as a whole person
the right to be actively involved in all aspects of planning and delivery services affecting their lives
the right to support in developing their maximum potential
Our Goals(Aims)
1) to enhance the social image and competency of the disabled person
2) to provide person centered planning(PCP) services appropriate to his/her special needs
3) to promote community based services rather than segregated services
4) to help to bring about attitudinal changes in government,society,and in church by working in partnership with individuals,families,
professionals,organizations and state agencies
5) to carry out research and studies related to intellectual disability
