Open or supported employment is the primary aim for the more abled. Presently there are about 130 working
in the industrial estate in various factories. A job coach is always making the rounds to ensure that any difficulties can be overcome.
Once a month they come together themselves and hold a meeting and together with volunteers
they spend their leisure in the local community.
