Offers a two year training program.The service prepares individuals for the necessary skills to enter the work force and also
the social skills to help them integrate more fully in the local community. At the centre they are given the opportunity
to work at sub-contract assembly work and also given the opportunity to experience first hand work at various work sites
in the local community. From the outset Person Centered Planning is at the heart of all the services.
